Helpdesk Issues

We've just noticed a bug with our helpdesk in that some replies sent from the client's email program are not being received.

We will be upgrading the helpdesk tomorrow which should resolve the issue but please remember that if you haven't received a reply from us and are expecting one then you should always login to the helpdesk to view your current ticket.
