Due to extensive fraud screening it may take up to 24 hours for your download to become available although this does also depend on your time of purchase. If your order is placed during UK business hours of 10am to 10pm GMT then orders are usually activated within a couple of hours.

If 24 hours have passed since you placed your order please submit a support ticket.
