For all our products we ask that you provide your store url that the skin / mod will be used on, This url MUST be accessable bt web browser and running CubeCart before your order will be completed.

if your building in a dev store use the url to that store, you can inform us later of the new url when you move the store.

If your store is in a sub folder (ie. www.yourstore.com/shop) please provide the full url including the sub folder.

Due to the increasing level of fraudulent orders, we manually carry out anti-fraud checks on all orders.
No order will be immediately available for download. In most cases, orders will be available for download within a few hours but please allow up to 24 hours.
In the very rare event that 24 hours have passed and you havn't received and email from us, please open a helpdesk ticket

Order information we check:

1.  That the url you provided is running CubeCart.
2.  That your customer details match your PayPal details
3.  That you have provided no false or incomplete information for phone number, name, address, url.

No Products will be available for instant download after purchase.
When we have completed your order you will receive an email saying that the download has been activated.
Orders are normally completed within a few hours but please allow for up to 24 hours.
