Description

All of our free and commercial skins contain a copyright notice stating that it is a CubeCartSkins or KissMyCart design. This is done so that we may continue to keep our prices well below the competition. If you have purchased one of our designs but did not select the "Remove Copyright" option you may purchase this at a later date.

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates, skins and other products sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company. Please be aware that all non custom templates and skins will retain our copyright at the footer of every page and must remain clearly visible at all times. This can only be removed by purchasing Copyright Removal Fee which is currently £29.99 and does not include the initial cost of the template or skin.

If you have not purchased a valid 'copyright notice removal license' for our skins, the copyright notice at the footer of the skin must remain intact, unedited and clearly visible. If you attempt to edit, remove or hide the copyright notice in any way, the skin may become disabled. We will contact the hosts of any users violating these terms, requesting your website be taken down immediately under the DCMA act. Furthermore, removing our copyright notice will forfeit your rights to any support and upgrades. Copyright infringement is illegal!

Please note that KissMyCart is neither connected to or affilliated with Devillion the makes of CubeCart. This service is to remove our design copyrights, not the CubeCart copyright. To remove the notice "Powered by Devillion Ltd", or any other reference to CubeCart or Devillion Ltd, you will need to purchase a license directly from them!

Product Option Infomation

For all our products we ask that you provide your store url that the skin / mod will be used on, This url MUST be accessable by web browser and running CubeCart before your order will be completed.

If your building in a dev store use the url to that store, you can inform us later of the new url when you move the store.

If your store is in a sub folder (ie. www.yourstore.com/shop) please provide the full url including the sub folder.

Order Information

Due to the increasing level of fraudulent orders, we manually carry out anti-fraud checks on all orders.
No order will be immediately available for download. In most cases, orders will be available for download within a few hours but please allow up to 24 hours.
In the very rare event that 24 hours have passed and you havn't received and email from us, please open a helpdesk ticket

Order information we check:

1. That the url you provided is running CubeCart.
2. That your customer details match your PayPal details
3. That you have provided no false or incomplete information for phone number, name, address, url.

Product Download Information

No Products will be available for instant download after purchase.
When we have completed your order you will receive an email saying that the download has been activated.
Orders are normally completed within a few hours but please allow for up to 24 hours.
