At some point you may need to find out if your server is capable of running certain software and the easiest way to do this is to create a "php info" file. The php info file will tell you everything there is to know about what core software is installed on your server such as the PHP version, MySQL version, if you have Zend installed etc.

We have created one of these for you which you can download directly from HERE.

Once you have downloaded the file, unzip the contents to your desktop and upload the info.php file to the root of your web space. Once you've uploaded open your favourite web browser and navigate to www.your-domain.com/info.php (replace "your-domain.com" with your actual domain) and you'll see all the important information about your server!
